      Pros

      Employees are able to make a career for life at this company. Pay is appropriate and benefits are excellent, they even have a retirement program! The company has a true desire to improve and better the organization for employees every day. Development and career growth within the technical fields is abundant, though you may need to relocate. Truly working hard to improve the leadership of the organization.

      Cons

      Systems in all areas of the company are weak and poorly supported. Very conservative when it comes to spending money on talent or systems. Struggles to communicate effectively through out the organization. There seems to be a 50's management style in some areas of the company.

      Employees are dedicated to serving customers. Very smart, friendly workforce. Executives are accessible and open. Steady financial performance. Truly diverse workforce...people from all over the world. Good track records of promotions.

      Typical growing pains for a company looking to be $3-5B player....finding the best organization structure, finding stronger leaders, folding in acquisitions, managing change.
