      Pros

      The opportunity to work with skilled and experienced scientists in my area of research My salary is average for a recent PhD graduate (i think this is pro, specially without not too many job opportunities for PhD graduates with little industry experience). Great environment to work, everyone is very friendly.

      Cons

      I don't have cons right now. Some new policies are probably not the best, but due to the volatility of the market, it is understood. I think they tried to 'tight the belt' a little bit to avoid firing workers, so no complains about that.

      Pros

      Great market exposure, good market base, handsome incentives, chance to earn a foreign trip every year. Excellent company to work with.

      Cons

      Incraesing work pressure, too much process now, had to handle responsibilities like payment collection, shipment clearance, outstandings clearance also.
