Pros
Sigma is a stable place to work and does not off employees like some other area employers have. In addition, it will hire candidates that don't have the most experience for their position and train to their needs. Upper management seems to have a good view of where the industry is going and the drive to get Sigma there.
Cons
Their salary and benefits aren't the best in the area, so many people will get hired, work for a few years and accept a higher paying position elsewhere. Consequently, I believe that a higher than normal amount of turnover is tolerated, which may be detrimental down the road. Further, their conservative philosophy can be a handicap if forward-thinking ideas aren't recognized and implemented.
