      Relaxed atmosphere and easy/flexible schedule

      Cons

      Low salaries and very few career opportunities. Middle and higher management is for old friends only. If you're newer to the company or not in the circle, there will be no opportunities for you. The company is very cheap also.

      Cons

      The workload would be the only con for me. To stay ahead of demand, working overtime is necessary. However, this is not enforced by management and we are encouraged to maintain a healthy work/life balance. For someone like myself who hates leaving work with things to do though, it is hard to walk away!
