There are really no cons that I can speak of or that impacted me during my employment at Milo's. Like I said, "It's a Great place to work."

-Micro-managing -Lack of recognition -Management can be protective of their job responsibilities creating a CYA culture and being PC rather than encouraging individualism. -Management can be quick to throw fingers at employees when things go south. -Lack of cross functional collaboration which causes a lot of headache and unnecessary errors. -turnover rates are really high
