      Pros

      It's exciting to be part of such a scientifically diverse organization and be a part of curing Cancer...right now. Through innovative technology inside and outside the organization, we get to be part of so many therapeutic programs that are saving lives. There is also a lot of support from management to explore ideas and try new technologies.

      Cons

      The pace can be challenging, but support is usually provided when absolutely needed.

      Pros

      Everyone works together, management is affable and helpful, get to travel places I would have never gotten to travel to for meetings, no micromanaging, customers seem to really like the products and have a reputation as a good company which I completely agree with. Incentives for meeting sales numbers are good.

      Cons

      Slightly lower than industry for base pay, but other than that I have no other cons or complaints.

      Pros

      Great company that isn't too big and isn't too little. Where everyone still knows everyone on a first name basis, open door policy really means just that and things actually get done. Where science really does come first.

      Cons

      Growing pains can be challenging for everyone to keep up with.
