Pros

Work from home. Some good team members. Great project manager. Great skill development of ERP Systems, Sales & Service Cloud, and more. Good PTO and work environment. I think this is a great job to start (1-2 years) just don't see the longevity. Good cafe, for breakfast and lunch.

Cons

Mico management. Diversity of east coast team for customer service is lacking. The people here make you never feel like you're never doing good enough. Very little room to grow. While there's ALWAYS something to learn, you're lucky if you're compensated or promoted fairly.

Revolutionary drugs, less than revolutionary culture

Pros

Multiple drugs in the pipeline that are excellent candidates, site moving toward commercialization, established processes, good benefits & pay rate within manufacturing/QA/QC/Warehouse teams.

Cons

There are very few women in management or senior roles across the board. If you have disabilities or are non-male, I would ask questions about the archaic leadership style that, at times, has been downright offensive.
