      Pros

      Great coworkers and you get to travel a ton. The company truly does its best to do right by its employees and customers.

      Cons

      The company has a hard time staying organized. This causes a ton of frustration when you take pride in your work. I’d say this has a lot to do with it being a German company that doesn’t understand American business process.
