Fine company but heavy handed HQ from Europe

Pros

The US leaders and employees put in a great effort. You just have to learn to operate within restrictions imposed by German HQ.

Cons

You won't have all the resources at your disposal like a competitor such as Thermo Fisher. Also German HQ is heavy handed in it's approach, so US operations give up quite a bit of control to HQ decisions.
