Pros

Good company to start your career. Flexible working hours and good growth opportunities. Ideal for someone like me who is at his first job.

Cons

The company is located somewhat isolated from the city centre. From Cologne it is about 1h by tram, which makes the journey rather long, making many stops. It would be nice to have a company shuttle service as many employees live in Cologne.
