      Pros

      The team is very supportive and you can find lots of guidance from colleagues in other locations. Travel often and it's very dynamic work. A lot of the revenue of the company gets re-invested in R&D, owner genuinely cares for health improvements which is refreshing.

      Cons

      Workload sometimes is very low or very high. Documentation at times feels incomplete which makes it harder for an independent FSE to carry out good work. You'll have to harness your expertise and get creative with solutions at times. Sometimes too many people are involved in a simple process, communication feels inefficient at times.
