Pros

Generally, the staff and management are likeable people that have some laughs while working. Makes for a relatively low stress environment. Not a stuffy work environment. Overall compensation package is on-par/average, if not slightly above industry average.

Cons

Seems to have a problem with retaining engaged middle managers so departments are constantly trying to adapt to its latest "boss". The business has times of slow sales but nobody seems qualified to understand or explain the reason why. The company has a history of reactionary responses including layoffs and temporary cuts in pay just to scrape by. There's an attempt to pay back the lost salary, but the fact that the company views this as a viable option makes a person question their employment.
