Pros

Milwaukee Electronics takes the time to encourage their employees to be successful in their jobs. With constant support from their wonderful HR team, they help to promote a positive environment throughout the company. Everyone from the executive team, office employees, and floor staff have been helpful and welcoming since day one. I have never had a question that didn't get answered or felt like I did not have the resources to complete any task. I look forward to continuing working for a company where I am treated with respect by every employee here.

Pros

There are not many places where you can be promoted based on your performance, realistically. At MEC, what you can do and are willing to do will eventually become your job title. I give them a lot of credit for that.

Cons

Compensation could be a little more competitive, but it is offset a lot by the prospects.
