      Pros

      It's an awesome place to work. Why do I say this? We strive to build a culture around our employees. From a personal point of view, we work hard to do something for every holiday. We do yearly surveys to understand how the team feels and then do countermeasures to make a difference in the workplace.

      Cons

      Every place has its downfall. It's on what we present to the table.

      Tool discount and health cost

      Cons

      Too much ego. Watching good employees get fired and bad employees rewarded. Work life balance was terrible.
