Pros

The marketing-driven style of the entire company creates a lot of opportunity. Middle-management is filled with many forward-thinkers willing to take risks on you.

Cons

Cultural expectations are slogans to defend the executive leadership when accused of being xenophobic, intolerant, bigots seeking sycophantic validation.

Pros

The product is innovative and has a reputation for durability. You have opportunities to grow quickly within this fast paced environment.

Cons

The pay does not match the amount of work and time put in, you constantly feel like you are drowning in presentations and calls. The downside to a growing company is the promotion of people who have no idea what they're doing and add more work to your agenda. Not the employees fault as the manager is usually stretched so thin they can spare the time and it's on the job training most of the time
