      Great Job for Hard workers

      Pros

      It's common for people to be here 30+ years. At 30 years you get your personal parking spot, and there are a lot at each of the 5 buildings. People love this job so much they even get their children (18 and older) to come work here. They stay true to their culture words. It's not just blowing smoke. Management REALLY knows how to do their job and aren't just a placeholder or work driver. Company events, All Employee Communication meetings to keep you up to date, vast number if teams and locations, and company is exploding with growth.

      Cons

      It's not a job to just come to and be lazy. There's real work to be put in. It's kind of a controlled chaos, but it's not overbearing. If you're looking for the same thing day in and day out, this isn't for you.
