Pros

Casual work environment, strong company culture, exciting growth; in-office perks like affordable cafeteria, onsite gym, and Colectivo coffee shop. Opportunity to "make your mark."

Cons

I echo what some other reviewers left: it's an extroversion-friendly environment, but a real struggle for extremely smart introverts to succeed. Work/life balance is nearly unheard of. HR has relayed that there is now paid parental leave, but it is FAR behind what other area employers are offering -- it's almost insulting. The workforce is YOUNG; there's definitely a huge gap in older and more experience employees. Very top-heavy; I've never seen so many VP's at a company, and many of them have never worked anywhere else and have a career of less than 15 years.

Pros

If you’re looking to get skills that will prepare you for any corporate job, this is the company to go with. They allow you to take charge of projects, make empowered decisions, and face challenges head on! You grow as a person by working through challenges and working here is definitely rewarding when you see actual users with our product.

Cons

Like every corporate environment, getting approval from leadership is difficult and a long process. This gets very tough with tight project timelines. This company is fast paced, but appreciation for employees could be more to help with turnover.
