Pros

Milwaukee Tool's growth has been unprecedented and it translates to a tremendous amount of opportunities to grow in your role. They company continuously invests in innovation and its workforce, which has made me feel secure in my role and ready to ride out any economic downturn. The culture creates a team-oriented and motivating work environment.

Cons

Milwaukee Tool's fast-paced and innovation-driven culture has resulted in fantastic growth and can certainly be exciting at times, however, it also can result in high workloads, poor work-life balance, and stress associated with tight deadlines. While Milwaukee Tool has great insurance benefits, it's other benefits (401K, PTO, parental leave, paid holidays, etc.) seem below average for a company of its size.
