The people here are passionate about what they do and care about their work. You don't see leadership invest in growth opportunities around the country quite like Milwaukee does. They invest in their people and propel them to excel in their careers.

Cons

There is always a lot of work. There are late-night calls, a lot of travel, and high expectations. If you can handle this, then these might not be massive cons.

low wage. bad managers. long hours. indecisiveness. Manufacturing Manger is only out to make himself look good. he will throw you under the bus to save himself. he doesn't care about the workers, only that he looks good, and the production numbers. 2 recordable incidents in 1 week, both resulting in loss time accidents.
