Pros

Good pay, decent benefits, some good people throughout organization.

Cons

Expectations are not aligned with reality. Brought in to change the way people thought about supply chain processes only to hit roadblock after roadblock. There was zero buy in or interest from internal or external departments. Certain leaders deliberately undermined ability to implement solutions. Resources were not made available to deliver and team was laid off entirely. They preach team mentality and working together, but everyone is busy being so “empowered & candid” that they only listen to their own voice. Obsessed with pushing Milwaukee way which doesn’t work for a company of their size. Trying to change someone’s mind is exhausting. Transparency was also preached, but non existent. Wasn’t even laid off by my actual boss, who continued to tell me I would be moving to a new team until the Friday afternoon before I was terminated. In the end they will tell you they care but it’s all about the bottom line and management making themselves look good at your expense. Team was an opportunity for boss to check of boxes in her reviews, not to grow and develop. Basically zero coaching during time there. Left to fend for self in hostile environment.

Pros

- fun perks - free tools - there are a lot of company party type things

Cons

- the marketing team is very cliquey - if you don't go out and party all the time with them, you won't be included in anything - company culture is more of a cult atmosphere, you can't see it until you leave - managers are all after the same position and will throw you under the bus when they make mistakes - like the rest of the world, people are promoted based on how involved they are with corporate events and other things rather than quality of work - it's politics

What’s work/life balance?

Pros

I’ve learned and grown a lot. There’s some amazing managers here but more bad than good. They try to hype us up with events which always ends up being some type of happy hour- Although I appreciate the effort, not everyone likes to drink.

Cons

The candid culture is toxic. People use that as a crutch to be rude to others instead of being professional and having a “one team” mentality. Every day feels very negative. The culture feels very draining - everyone is overworked & overwhelmed. Sadly, no work life balance. You have to be prepared to give your all to this company. Working 10-12 hours daily is completely normal no matter what level. Taking PTO is somewhat frowned on. Workload is abundant and not enough help to get everything done- we are a “yes” company. Bonuses for managers only. Reporting isn’t reliable. Unless you’re willing to give your life away and put your all into work, I don’t suggest working here.
