      Honestly great people They give you flexibility for what life throws at you - 3 days a week in the office Opportunities to develop your skills, potentially not opportunities to progress

      Cons

      Disconnect with global and consumer business - trying to align but very difficult - mixed messages of what is going on Limited focus on people over commercials - lagging behind with D&I, CSR and other important areas for a business of our size. Can be very contradicting from what is said at the top VS actions Leadership capability for a business of our size
