They lie, pay is low, management acts like because they work in the office production workers should bow and bend the knee . Just a horrible place to work . Don't be fooled by the market hype yes they do a lot of community projects but it's just to cover up the fact they burn though employees so fast , it's all damage control Empire level was a great company bought and destroyed by Milwaukee tool

Poor management. Most managers there do not have real people management experience. They are mostly good engineers who have worked their way up and have poor soft skills. Everyone is overworked. Especially in Engineering. Not enough resources/engineers to do the work. Some are micro managers and are highly scrutinizing. Good managers try to stand out by working harder/longer to please their managers. There is no work life balance. Graded heavily on expectations which are different for every manager. Even if you partially meet expectations you will be pushed out. A company growing as large as them year over year is not sustainable to retain good employees
