Pros

Company growth, leaders in innovation, aggressive and ambitious company goals. Leadership development, career growth opportunities. Company vehicle benefits.

Cons

Low wages for the amount of work expected. Extremely time consuming, very little downtime. Excepted to work 60 hours plus without direct compensation for time worked above 40 hours. Health issues; many reps gain 20lbs plus in their first year because of very little downtime.

Pros

There is a good cafeteria and coffee shop. Pay is ok.

Cons

Very clicky environment, especially in the Talent organization. If you are not a female under a certain weight, and in Talent Management, your career will go nowhere. Many of the employees in HR are miserable, overworked, understaffed and under-appreciated and there is little to no work life balance.

Pros

As an engineer you will have great coworkers, benefits, and opportunity. They have many training and social programs

Cons

Poor management. Most managers there do not have real people management experience. They are mostly good engineers who have worked their way up and have poor soft skills. Everyone is overworked. Especially in Engineering. Not enough resources/engineers to do the work. Some are micro managers and are highly scrutinizing. Good managers try to stand out by working harder/longer to please their managers. There is no work life balance. Graded heavily on expectations which are different for every manager. Even if you partially meet expectations you will be pushed out. A company growing as large as them year over year is not sustainable to retain good employees
