Pros

-Great Brand. The respect people had for the Milwaukee brand and its tools is second to none. -An extremely fun job. -Tons of new tools to show. -I was able to get into places most people can only drive past because of the inovative new products being launched.

Cons

-No clear understanding on how the sales numbers were determined. -TR's are responsible to help with Senior Accounts, but those sales numbers didnt factor into our personal numbers. -No clear direction for launching new tools. A new tool would come out and that would become top priority until the next one launched and the previous tool was forgotten about

Pros

Great team and lots of opportunities for good team-building activities. Good technical supprt (in form of local branch office) and repairs. Well-established in the area and good reputation.

Cons

Management never provided clear guidelines and goals, other than to increase sales. Minimal training - just given a big red truck and told to push the brand. Direct manager seemed too busy to offer one-on-one help.
