      Pros

      Pay is pretty good. Benefits are average. Some perks, but not enough to compensate for all the stress.

      Cons

      Extremely poor Management! Most NPD managers are failed engineers. Once they become a manager, they are not held accountable for the ton of people that leave annually. HR and TA are totally incompetent! The most meeting heavy company that I have EVER worked at! They are hiring out of State and Country more now because once you get a reputation in Milwaukee, you are pretty much done!

      Once great but has lost it’s way

      Pros

      Benefits are good especially for do it yourself individuals plus the health insurance is people good compared to many other companies

      Cons

      Project leader role is a very dead end job, role is touted as very important but is nothing more than a babysitter to just communicate status and ensure things keep moving. Company has become very top heavy with roughly 200 vice presidents for 16k employees worldwide. Hires a lot of highly qualified people to start them in roles lower than what they were in.
