      Poor HR leadership which doesn't have HR experience and knowledge, doesn't know to create an HR strategy with business leaders, and they don't know who to leverage the experienced HR talent they have in their organization.

      Fantastic company vision and execution on quality products. Minimal red tape as a design engineer. Ability to innovate and file patents/IP. Great company benefits and positive social atmosphere. Exceptional company earnings and growth reinvested into the business.

      Cons

      75% of company employees have been hired in last 2 years. There is a company culture shock/adjustment happening due to growing pains. Unsure of future company culture based on this growth and new hires at all levels of lower level management.
