      Good Culture, Getting Diluted

      Pros

      Milwaukee has great facilities and consistently provides you the resources you need to do you job.

      Cons

      A lot of people are getting hired quickly and starting to dilute the good culture. Many subordinates are having to train their managers and even their entire team, which makes for a difficult working situation on a daily basis. The increasing need for heads is also taking up internal career opportunities for advancement. It is slowly turning into a company that you could stay at and grow, to one that you're going to come to for building your experience for a few years and then moving on to be able to advance in your career.

      Great opportunity for growth and advancement.

      Cons

      Must be flexible to the business needs/hours. There aren't any structure within the company including not wanting to have an employee handbook.
