I'm 30 days in and I can't say enough great things about working at Milwaukee Tool. The onboarding process was well executed and I felt like I was up to speed and engaged in a very short timeframe. I'm working with an amazing group of people who are always making themselves available as resources. The Brookfield facility is remarkable and the culture is truly impressive. While most of us have worked at companies that preach their values and then fall short in the execution, Milwaukee Tool delivers. Whether that's through employee recognition and appreciation or community involvement, they actually put the effort into making their values a way of life. As somebody who spent the better part of a year out of work due to the pandemic I can say that Milwaukee Tool is hiring and you definitely want to have them on your top list!
