Pros

I've had an incredible experience working at Milwaukee Tool. The company offers competitive pay, excellent benefits, and countless career growth opportunities. It's clear that leadership genuinely cares about employee development and invests in helping people succeed. The culture here is unmatched — collaborative, positive, and forward-thinking. Despite the company’s continuous growth and ambition, they never lose sight of the importance of work-life balance, which I truly appreciate. If you're looking for a place where you can grow professionally without sacrificing your personal life, Milwaukee Tool is the perfect fit. It's a rare gem where employees are valued, supported, and empowered to thrive.

Cons

The fast-paced growth at Milwaukee Tool means things are constantly evolving, which requires employees to stay agile and adapt to shifting projects and goals. While this can be challenging at times, it's also an exciting opportunity to build resilience, learn quickly, and be part of meaningful changes that drive the company's success. For those who thrive in dynamic environments, it's a rewarding experience.

Pros

I always tell people; you will learn twice as much about your job function and how it contributes to a large company's strategies than you will in any other company. The success of this company is built off of everyone at every level. I've always been given opportunities to excel, but more importantly opportunities to grow professionally. My opinion was valued when I was a coordinator just as much as it is now. This has helped build my confidence throughout my career here. My managers have been supportive in my career development, and the organization offers many opportunities for Professional Development.

Cons

The company has been growing so fast over the past decade that it's easy for the workload to build up on everyone. But there has not been an instance in my time here where the organization has invested in headcount to grow teams to match the need with the current and future demand. You just have to trust the leadership and give it some time, as adding head count never comes at the drop of a dime.
