1. The environment fosters growth - in your first year you learn so much on the job things that were not highlighted in engineering school 2. Company culture is incredible - community outreach, leadership opportunities, mentorship and self advocation is high encouraged 3. Employees in the company are smart and are problem solvers. I enjoying working collaboratively with other engineers and is a good way to grow your professional network.
