      Competitive pay, great continued education programs, in office gym, subsidized food court, good 401k & insurance, top notch senior leadership, company continues to grow 10% + yoy

      Cons

      Work life balance is awful; expect to work 60+ hr weeks if you are in marketing. Brand leadership needs to do a better job coaching their teams for long term career growth. They say lateral moves are encouraged but it was nearly impossible in 2.5 yrs of employment. Communication to & from leadership needs work.

      Good people, varied job responsibilities, many opportunities for growth outside of the lab, company values culture and their employees

      Cons

      Fast-paced sometimes means constantly shifting priorities. Work/life balance is more on work. Many employees are overworked. Difficult to get additional resources in the lab even with ample justification.
