      Recently growth goals have become unattainable and people aren’t bonusing like they used to.

      Small Team to work with.

      Cons

      Low pay. Corporate rules. Brookfield engineers express their supremacy. Not a good place to work. No respect for your preferences, for example if you are vegetarian there is no food for you in the team lunches.

      Opportunity to travel sometimes, great people and good culture, good managers that empower you to rise and succeed, quick promotion tracks, user focused

      Cons

      Aggressive schedules can easily lead to over working and burnout, CEO spouts condescending language about this not “being a job”
