      Pros

      Company Vehicle, Computer, Phone, Aggressive Salary, Home office Internet paid for. Top-of-the-line health insurance. Vacation benefits were incredible for tenured employees. I accomplished more working for Milwaukee Tool than any of my other previous 5 employers through taking market share from the competition and pure organic growth.

      Cons

      Work-Life Balance was unacceptable. It was nearly impossible to take vacation time and shut off work.
