      Great place for young people to get experience in sales or marketing Lot of opportunities for growth through the lower ranks of sales and marketing

      Culture of Growth first, People second There are too many senior leaders Nepotism is rampant Poor leadership development

      Good company, always growing

      Pros

      The work is challenging but enjoyable. We have all the systems and software we need all of the time which is unparalleled in most other jobs. The company is large and there is a lot of room for growth. Health care and benefits are on par with most organizations, nothing special but still solid.

      Cons

      The pay is definitely well below market rate and bonuses don't kick in until just under manager level. Expectations are high and usually not well distributed.

      Cons

      Not too many. Long hours with international relationships.
