Pros

MindTouch is a great company with many benefits. It provides an environment to be great and learn in any of their many departments. They except and respect innovation, and always listen to new ideas. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for an established company with a phenomenal product that has a start up mentality.

Cons

There are no cons from my perspective. Just be ready to continuously change with the Customer Success Revolution.

MindTouch: Love it while it lasts.

Pros

MindTouch has a great product and an excellent technical crew. They are on the verge of something very, very big. The people are great and friendly and there is a family atmosphere. There is a sense of excitement and fun. Since it is a startup, each individual can have a strong impact.

Cons

It's a startup, so the facilities and amenities are few. Very open plan offices, noisy. People work hard and long hours, and you will be expected to, as well. As an example, lunch is provided three times a week. Employees will grab there lunch and immediately go back to work at their desks. Practically no promotion from within. Much more likely that higher positions will be filled from the outside.
