Pros

Best place I have ever worked at, and so far I've been darn lucky with all my jobs. Such an exciting company! The opportunity to grow professionally, the support from coworkers and the executive team, and just all around working with such dedicated and smart and genuinely good people (you won't find d-bags at this company!) is beyond inspiring.

Cons

You'll get so infected with the MindTouch spirit, you'll have a hard time thinking of anything else. (Not necessarily a con for those who like to throw themselves into work.)
