Pros

If you love what you do, then this is the place for you. I've worked at companies big and small, and this is the first place where I truly felt at home. My co-workers are amazing people who care about what they do and treat each other with respect and kindness. There are plenty of opportunities to challenge yourself, learn new things, and become a better version of yourself. Management is a easy to work with and they try to make sure you have everything you need to succeed. Benefits include lunch catered three days a week, plenty of snacks and a great coffee machine in the kitchen, pinball machines when you need a break, and folks who are happy to see you everyday.

Cons

Downtown parking isn't always easy, though the company does offer a partial parking reimbursement.

Pros

MindTouch has a fantastic startup atmosphere. If you're willing to work hard, put in the hours, and execute on projects -- opportunities will come your way. Best of all, you'll never feel like a cog in a machine :) Some other fun perks include catered (healthy) lunches 3 times a week + occasional breakfast burritos, hardworking, yet friendly co-workers, a very advanced SaaS product, and unlimited learning opportunities

Cons

Having to pay for parking downtown.

Thank you for your feedback. Maybe the lunches could be a little healthier too though... :-)
