Their commitment to inclusivity is remarkable, and I truly sense their concern for both my personal well-being and professional growth. The array of benefits they offer, ranging from unlimited PTO (with managerial approval, naturally) to wellness days, private health and dental insurance, a monthly wellness stipend, engaging team activities, and ongoing training, is truly exceptional. My passion for my role is unwavering, and even during personal challenges, I find solace in the supportive environment Mindbody provides.

Cons

The only thing that should be improved in my opinion is the hiring process but once you are in, it will be worth it!
