      Working culture in the AI team

      Pros

      1. Get to work with academicians as well as people just from the industry. The team consists of a lot of people who have had PhDs from multiple domains as well as people with just Bachelor's but doing great. You get to work with a mix of talented people. 2. Mindbody stays true to it's name and heavily focusses on the well being of its employees which is a great plus point. 3. The AI team especially focusses a lot on learning and offers variety of resources to add to that.

      Cons

      Won't be a downside but if the team is new, have to deal with ambiguity otherwise no downsides.

      It was fun to start with and all the staff was very friendly on the team I worked with.

      Cons

      However other departments were very rude. Management is shocking and always under staffed.
