      Pros

      Great environment. The people are amazing, everyone is trying hard to succeed as a team. Good management team, great location in the heart of Clerkenwell EC1!

      Cons

      Salaries could be better, but if you work hard commission plans are on average! Too us centric sometimes, but that's a general issue for US companies expanding internationally.

      Pros

      There is an amazing work hard-play hard balance here. When we are on the clock we are busy, stimulated, and expected to perform at our best. However, we are also encouraged to take our paid breaks, play games, and hang out at company parties! The pay is fair, benefits are amazing, and the atmosphere is positive and upbeat. You'd have to have a pretty negative outlook to bash on this place (especially compared to other work environments.)

      Cons

      I can't think of anything that really stick out. Just like any other place where humans work there are going to be conflicts, but I think they are handled very maturely and those conflicts are more of a reflection of the people involved rather than the company as a whole.

      Love going to work every day

      Pros

      Fun, friendly, relaxed, casual atmosphere. We're treated great with so many benefits: monthly wellness vouchers, onsite massage, onsite wellness classes, insurance, paid time off, etc. Managers are great! CEO is inspiring and visionary. From the top down funnels good vibes.

      Cons

      Parking due to growing pains; getting so big and we're all in separate buildings.. a bit of a disconnect from other departments.
