Pros

Happy place. Positive vibes. Great support.

Cons

None. The only thing is that it gets tough to concentrate on your work bc of all the activities.

Thank you for your feedback. I know the noise level can get high near Technical Support and the yoga room; we have the Juggling Club bouncing batons off the walls and dancers stomping to the beat during the week. The activities are of course optional. Now that summer is upon us it might be a good time to move some things outside in the sun!

Pros

• They treat their employees with respect • There is a huge focus on health and wellness within the culture • The company is very driven by their core values • Employees receive health benefits 60 days into employment • Employees start to accrue PTO from day one of employment • The managers are knowledgeable and would never require something from you they were not willing to do themselves

Cons

I have yet to come across any cons in this company.

Pros

The entire company is amazing. Everyone is extremely helpful and welcoming. It's like walking into a small town where everyone waves and and says hello. Your co-workers and higher ups deeply care for you and your position in the company. Everyone wants you to succeed. You also get plenty of paid time off, $65/mo to spend on wellness services, and a smile on your face all day.

Cons

Too easy going sometimes. Everyone is given a chance which is a great thing, but this gives a lot of room for people to float by.

Thank you for your feedback! And, thank you for your support of MINDBODY. I'm so happy you're happy and contributing to our success - we are all in this together and each person is so important to MINDBODY's success. As one department head for 300 employees and growing, it's certainly hard to stay connected with everyone, and I definitely understand wanting more interactions with me, and other executive level team members. I will remember this review when I'm out and about and have more frequent small moments with my team whether it's riding on the shuttle, in the kitchen or anywhere else! Please be sure to say "hi" to me if you see me and help me remember who you are! Having my desk in the call center is very helpful to me as well because I get to see and meet so many more people than I would in an office. Leaders should be accessible and I hope that I am, and will do better in the future. Thank you for your advice and I wish you all the best in your career at MINDBODY -it sounds like you are doing fantastic!
