As one department head for 300 employees and growing, it's certainly hard to stay connected with everyone, and I definitely understand wanting more interactions with me, and other executive level team members. I will remember this review when I'm out and about and have more frequent small moments with my team whether it's riding on the shuttle, in the kitchen or anywhere else! Please be sure to say "hi" to me if you see me and help me remember who you are! Having my desk in the call center is very helpful to me as well because I get to see and meet so many more people than I would in an office. Leaders should be accessible and I hope that I am, and will do better in the future. Thank you for your advice and I wish you all the best in your career at MINDBODY -it sounds like you are doing fantastic!
