Thank you so much for your feedback! I’m happy to hear that you are excited about the product and how we are leveraging technology to improve the health and wellness of the world. We love what we do! This company is growing- and fast! There’s no doubt that training can be improved. I know this is on the training team’s radar and they are working to get things more streamlined. In addition to being able to jump in on projects and collaborate with others, we even have a professional development class that specifically focuses on helping our employees map out their career path here at MINDBODY. We have career mentors available to meet one-on-one to discuss your goals too!

Thank you so much for your feedback. It sounds like the experience here hasn't been great for you in some areas and I hear you – everyone wants and should feel like a competent member of the team. Sometimes personalities clash, which is why MINDBODY uses programs like WorkTraits so that we can understand each other’s communication styles and personal values. The downside? Perfection is hard! This is why we also have one on ones, staff huddles, and stand ups to smooth out the kinks with communication. Regarding pay: MINDBODY recognizes that people here are passionate about our product and culture, which is why in addition to a paycheck we offer 20 vacation days per year, on-site yoga and meditation classes, $65 a month in wellness vouchers and other perks to help you feel happy and healthy every day ( did I mention free Kombucha at our parties?)
