The BEST job I've ever had, and a company I can really believe in.
Pros
1. We really do believe in our mission statement and act on it. MINDBODY walks the walk. 2. MINDBODY cares about its employees and treats us as individuals, never as numbers. 3. Funky, creative, cool, wonderful, intelligent, caring, amazing coworkers. I love you guys. 4. They want you to succeed here - sincerely. 5. They promote wellness, balance in your life outside of work, opportunities for career advancement, and more. 6. Rick! He's inspirational. That spirit flows down through Annie, Aarde and our awesome Tech Team Leads to the rest of the company. 7. Patio Parties and other fun work events. 8. Positive, friendly work environment. 9. Super knowledgeable and helpful coworkers. 10. The wellness programs and everything they offer. 11. Pay and benefits are excellent, but notice I put them at the bottom of the list. Not because they're not good or competitive, but because they're not what make MINDBODY special.
Cons
1. Availability of PTO/scheduling time off can sometimes be difficult. (Nothing against our Scheduling department, they try their best and work with you whenever they can.)
