Great ABA company

Pros

As someone who had never been in ABA before, Mindcolor gave me the tools i needed to be successful and pass my RBT exam. Management also listens to concerns you have about scheduling, working with clients, etc.

Cons

Full time is only 30 hours, so that is all you are promised. Sometimes you don’t know your schedule until the day of.

Benefits, people, and culture-they do listen to your ideas/concerns and try to fix them. Example if you don’t feel ready to work with kiddos yet, they will provide you extra training.

Cons

Full time is only 30 hours and even some part time people get over 30 hours, so there’s a blurry line between full time and part time
