They can sometimes be flexible in scheduling but really depends on if the supervisors like you or are scared of you

Cons

-inconsistencies across the team of what expectations are -lack of strong supervisory leadership -main boss pushes off tasks to others -seldom appreciation for your work -safety concerns were left unresolved by HR

Pros

Working at Mindcolor Richardson has been an amazing experience! The center director truly cares about both staff and clients, and it shows in the way the center is run. The BCBAs have been supportive, and genuinely invested in helping RBTs succeed. The culture here is positive, collaborative, and focused on making a real difference for the kids we serve. I feel valued and like a am making a difference.

Cons

Like any ABA center, the work can be challenging and fast-paced, but the support from leadership makes it manageable.
