Pros

The team is very welcoming and inclusive, which makes it easy to feel comfortable at work. Management is well organized, especially with a strong female director who keeps everything running smoothly. I also appreciate the Saturday make-up sessions since they give flexibility if sessions are missed. Overall, the environment feels supportive and structured.

Cons

Sometimes the schedule can feel a little tight and busy, but it’s manageable with good planning.

Very supportive environment, BCBAs, OA, & clinical director are there to answer any questions you have. Welcoming team with good culture. Kids are so cute and it’s very rewarding to see their progress.

Cons

There is limited admin for cleaning and leadership does not help clean.
