      One of the Better ABA Clinics

      Pros

      Staff that feels like family, regular bi-annual reviews/raises, HR that sends out feedback surveys, regular hours, 1:1 therapy (no group therapy like at other clinics I've worked for), supportive leadership staff. BCBA's try to always be on the floor to assist. Benefits have improved since I started 3 years ago.

      Cons

      Sometimes hours do decrease due to client discharges, but leadership does make the effort to substitute admin time to get you to your desired weekly work hours. Not many paid holidays and you have to accrue PTO before you can use it.
