      Pros

      I’ve worked for other ABA companies and MindColor is the best so far. The location I work at is great, staff is kind and helpful, and management is supportive and accommodating.

      Cons

      Insurance if offered, but it’s an HMO. I would prefer PPO so I don’t have to get referrals for care.

      Pros

      BCBA’s and other RBTs have been great support in and out of client session, there’s a positive work environment where everyone feels welcome. Clients are always fun to work with and I feel supported when challenges arise. Lots of team building event!

      Cons

      Promised hours and fieldwork hours have fallen short, however it’s been communicated and hopefully fixed over time. Short lunch breaks where you have to work or you’ll be behind at the end of the day to submit notes. Limited PTO
