Pros

management provides a lot of support with daily tasks. the kids are super fun and everyone is really nice. They have a lot of team building outings. they also really try to accommodate your daily life schedule.

Cons

pay is a lower range than I prefer but they give you small raises. benefits are alright. wish there was more ways to get some PTO faster
