Amazing team members, but stressful workload

- Great supervisors who were extremely helpful and passionate - Team members were very cooperative and willing to help each other - Seeing improvement with client behavior - Free snacks and beverages - Break time

Cons

There is very fast burn out. As much as I enjoyed working here, it was difficult to keep working when my entire client list consisted of clients who were non-verbal and had developmental disabilities. It didn't make sense for me to handle all of these clients as a newer person in the field. Many of the experienced behavioral technicians had clients who were high functioning and could speak, which should have been switched up a little to help alleviate some of the workload.
